Two 1hr events
50 players, options for more or less players available

Set Up:
- Our team will arrive on location 2 hrs prior to the start time
- Lay out 4 courts + equipment
- Hydration station for participants
- Music - gotta have some tunes!
Guest Check In:
- 30 minutes prior to start time
- Liability waiver
Game Time:
- 10 minute introduction
  - who we are and why we are here
- 20 minute instruction
  - coaching intro to Pickleball, game fundamentals & rules
- 30 minute team games
  - break into groups for games
Post Game
- Stay and socialize if desired
- Our team will breakdown the court area & clean up
